About Me

I’m a keen fitness enthusiast who’s happiest when moving — whether that’s running, open water swimming, cycling, hiking, or getting thrown around a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu mat. I also love festivals, exploring little villages, travelling abroad, and getting lost in a good book (or a loud conversation with my mates).

Outside of work, I’m a qualified personal trainer. I believe that building strength and confidence through movement makes everything in life easier — including leading projects.
